From 1989 to 1995 there existed an almost-quarterly newsletter for paper boat enthusiasts. While the masthead slogan of the Paper Boater changed frequently, it at one time proudly proclaimed the publication to be "The World's Leading Journal of Cellulose-Based Naval Architecture." i.e. we didn't take ourselves too seriously.
